Bio

Born in San Antonio, Texas, Wright Moore attended Amherst College and received a BA in 1988. Wright remained in the Northeast and attended Boston’s New England Conservatory of Music, where he earned a Master’s in Music in 1993.

Wright Moore began painting professionally in 2005 after completing extensive study at the Art Students League of New York. Wright exhibits his work in the Hudson Valley at the Images Gallery in Briarcliff Manor, NY, the Charles Michael Gallery in North Salem, NY and at the World Trade Art Gallery in New York City. In his work Wright expresses elements of form and atmosphere, seeking always to create interesting designs. His first “one man show” opened November 1, 2007 at the Images Gallery in Briarcliff Manor.
